On Trump's proposal, India said, "We will resolve the issue through dialogue."
The Indian foreign ministry on Thursday clarified its stance on Trump's presentation. Attempts are being made at the diplomatic level to bring a peaceful settlement of the issue with the neighbor, the ministry said. Trump had earlier spoken of mediating between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, which India rejected. "This is their internal affair," India said.

India and China have many diplomatic mechanisms
China on Tuesday said the situation on the border with India is stable and under control. In this regard, Indian External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said, "Both sides are trying to reduce tensions, but India will not compromise with its sovereignty." India and China have many diplomatic mechanisms. In any case, the settlement can be reached peacefully.

Srivastava reiterated that the Indian Army has not violated the LAC (Line of Actual Control). India is committed to maintaining peace in the border area with China. After China, India also increased the number of troops
Tensions between China and India have recently risen near the Galvan Nala area in Ladakh. The LAC has about 5,000 Chinese in many sectors. Following this move by the neighbor, the Indian Army has also started increasing its troops in the area.
There have been three separate clashes between the two armies this month. Last week, the commanders of the two countries' armies also tried to resolve the issue through talks.
The biggest controversy after Doklam

If the Indian and Chinese armies confront this in Ladakh, it will be the biggest controversy since the 2017 Doklam controversy. According to news agency sources, India has increased troops in Pangong Tso Lake and Galvan Valley. China has deployed between two and two and a half thousand troops in both areas. It has also increased temporary facilities. China is claiming many areas of Ladakh.

1) Date- Probably 5th May, Place- Pangong Lake, East Ladakh
In the evening of that day, about 200 soldiers were confronted near India-China in the Finger-5 area on the northern shore of the lake. India protested against Chinese troops. The struggle lasted all night. Early the next morning, a scuffle broke out between the two countries' troops. The atmosphere was then calmed down by conversations by senior officials of both the countries.


2) Date - Probably May 9, Space - Naku La Sector at an altitude of 16,000 feet in North Sikkim
Here 150 Indian-Chinese soldiers came across this. Officially this date has not come up. However, The Hindu reported that a scuffle broke out here on May 9. 3) Date- Probably May 9, Space- Ladakh
On the same day that the Indo-Chinese troops were fighting in North Sikkim, China sent their helicopters to the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh. The Chinese helicopter did not cross the border but in response, India dispatched its Sukhoi 30 MKI fighter plane and other fighter jets from Leh airbase.
