Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2020 Management Trainee Posts:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10 + 2 + 3 (UG) + CA (Intermediate) / ICWA (Intermediate).
Age Limit - Maximum 65 years (Age relaxation will be for reserved category as per government norms)
Pay Scale - 10,000 / - per month for 1 year and Rs. 12,000 / - per month for 2 years.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2020 Management Trainee Posts:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
